Prices are exclusive of any applicable State or Federal taxes or fees. If tax exempt then certificate must be presented with order
Installation assumes all services are within 5 feet of sterilizer services and of the installation site.
Unless stated otherwise, utility connections for all equipment is to be others.
Not responsible for any floor or wall penetrations.
For any given section, prices are for all products within that section to be delivered with one shipment and installed at one time.
Pricing assumes free and clear access to equipments' final location.
Price assumes use of elevator (large enough for equipment), loading dock and contractor supplied fork lift. Rental of crane if required is not included.
Unless otherwise noted, payment terms are N/30.
Geneva Scientific reserves the right to invoice any and all material stored on or off site.
Quotations do not include bonds or permits.
Back Charges: Geneva Scientific will not accept back charges unless approved by our office.
Quotation is valid for a period of 60 days from the date of quotation; prices as quoted are firm for any product shipped within six (6) months of order date.
All submittals will be made per the specification and in a timely manner upon award of an order.

Drawings

· Standard approval drawings will be submitted four (4) weeks after receipt of the written purchase order.

· Non-standard drawings will require additional time.

· Certified drawings will be submitted four (4) weeks after receipt of signed approval drawings from the customer.

Delivery

20 weeks from order, receipt of down payment and clarification of all technical details

Cancellation Charges

If an order is canceled, the following penalties will be incurred:

· 20% of Purchase Order if canceled prior to receipt of approval drawings

· 40% of Purchase Order if canceled after approval drawings and prior to certified drawings.

· 90% after fabrication has begun on the equipment

Warranty

The warranty period is twelve (12) months for parts and labor from the time of start-up, with a maximum of eighteen (18) months from the time of shipment. Chamber Warranty is full 15-years.
