The Labconco Cell Logic Class II Type B2 Biological Safety Cabinet provides maximum personnel, product, and environmental protection for laboratories working with hazardous particulates and biological agents requiring BSL-1 through BSL-4 containment.
As a Type B2 (100% Exhaust / Total Exhaust) BSC, this cabinet maintains a minimum average inflow velocity of 100 fpm through the sash opening and requires a dedicated exhaust system with a remote blower. All inflow and downflow air is HEPA-filtered and exhausted outside the laboratory, making this cabinet suitable for volatile chemical use as an adjunct to microbiological applications.
This model is purpose-built for cell research, featuring a modified sash design compatible with microscopy and a Temp-Zone™ temperature-controlled work area to support cell viability during extended procedures.
