The E-75L1 Reach-In Plant Growth Chamber is engineered for vascular plant research, standard plant production, plant pathology, and seedling germination requiring high light intensity, precise temperature control, and uniform airflow. With SciWhite® LED lighting enhanced with red, a 56″ growing height, and Percival’s IntellusUltra® controller, the E-75L1 delivers reliable, repeatable performance in demanding research environments.
Features
IntellusUltra® Controller: Android-based touchscreen providing 24/7 chamber monitoring, step and ramp programming, deviation alarms, power failure event logging, and dual experiment protection. Controls temperature, lighting, and optional humidity and CO₂ from a single interface.
High-Intensity LED Lighting: One tier of SciWhite LEDs enhanced with Red, programmable up to 1,360 μmoles/m²/s at 6″. Lighting output is fully dimmable 10–100% and controlled via the IntellusUltra® real-time controller.
Uniform Airflow Design: Conditioned air is distributed by a specifically engineered rear-wall air diffuser, flowing along the back wall, across shelving, and returning through ceiling-mounted circulation fans to maintain consistent environmental conditions.
Tall Growing Height: 56″ maximum growing height supports larger plants and extended growth cycles.
Reliable Refrigeration System: Self-contained air-cooled condensing unit with hot gas bypass ensures continuous compressor operation, tight temperature control, extended system life, and prevention of evaporator ice buildup.
Robust Construction: Panel-section cabinet design with 2″ thick insulation, electro-zinc plated steel interior and exterior, polished stainless steel floor, integrated floor drain, heavy-duty casters, and leveling legs for laboratory stability.
Experiment Protection: Adjustable high and low temperature limits with audible and visual alarms and automatic system reset once conditions normalize.
