The Market Forge sterilizers are small on the outside but have much more capacity on the inside then larger more costly conventional sterilizers and up to 5 times more capacity than other table top autoclaves offer. They are economically, reliable, and simple to operate.

Door
The sterilizer door will be self-sealing type which cannot be opened until steam pressure is completely exhausted. Door will be 12 gauge stainless steel, removable for cleaning without tools. Door gasket will be one piece molded, replaceable without tools or cement.
Cylinder
Sterilizing cylinder will be 3/16” wall welded aluminum. Interior dimensions of 16” in diameter and 26” long with a cubic content of 3 cu ft (8.5 liters) and will have a door opening of 13 1/2” wide and 11” high.
Operation
The sterilizing cycle is fully automatic with the time, temperature and venting controlled by the microprocessor based digital controller. The sterilizing temperature can be set anywhere in a range from 225°F (107°C) and 250°F (121°C). The onboard data logger records and stores the time, temperature, and pressure for each sterilization cycle. The stored data can be either retrieved using a USB drive through the inbuilt USB port or printed out using an external printer. (Printer not included.) Two exhaust speeds are also available, slow and fast, depending on sterilizing media.
