Standalone, automatic, heavy duty cage and bottle washer that provides effective and reliable cleaning with high throughput and efficiency. Each model is designed for detergent solution washing and clean rinsing of bottles, cages, and racked utensils used in animal science and research facilities.
Safety Features
- The rising, guillotine style doors are double insulated, with a safety switch and viewing window.
- Double-paned safety tempered glass provides a large port for viewing inside the chamber.
- A sturdy multipurpose load grid allows direct placement of large articles at a comfortable 32-inch ergonomic load height.
- The chamber is fully illuminated by a lamp mounted atop the unit, shining through a safety glass upper window.
- Emergency stop buttons are provided at all external door zones to immediately terminate all processing functions.
Standard Features
- Wash and rinse jets surround the load and continuously reciprocate from front to rear of the cabinet in order to deliver large volume, high impact sprays to all surfaces of the load. A silent, reliable pneumatic actuator moves the jet headers smoothly and efficiently. A huge 7.5HP pump provides coverage of 200GPM at 40PSI, providing a perfect balance of treatment volume and pressure.
- A Self-Cleaning Debris Strainer filters all treatment solutions, and automatically flushes all entrained debris to the drain at the end of each cycle phase. This eliminates all holding screens and eliminates cross-contamination from screened materials.
- Any cycle phase can be designated as a “Temperature Guaranteed Phase”.
- An industrial-style fully modular programmable control with a Color Touch Screen operator interface provides user friendly access to all machine functions. Four individual treatment routines can be named and programmed
- Stainless Steel construction and 2” thick rigid insulation provides efficiency, ruggedness and long corrosion-free life.
- Effluent is automatically cooled to <140F in order to comply with municipal codes for wastewater.
