Terms and Conditions

Shipment and Delivery
Shipping dates are approximate and contingent on Geneva Scientific receiving all necessary information promptly. Geneva Scientific is not liable for damages resulting from delays or defaults in production or delivery caused by events beyond our control. While we make every effort to meet estimated delivery dates, delays do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or claims.

Acceptance
All orders, specifications, and payment terms are subject to approval by our corporate office. Sales contracts become effective only when approved in writing by the corporate office. Any variation from these terms must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Geneva Scientific.

Cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled after acceptance unless the Purchaser fully indemnifies Geneva Scientific for any incurred costs. A standard restocking fee may apply, if applicable.

Postponement
Unless otherwise stated, quoted prices do not include additional handling or storage charges if delivery is postponed after manufacturing has begun.

Installation and Testing
Installation and commissioning costs, if requested, will be quoted separately and depend on site conditions, accessibility, available equipment, and support. Both parties agree that timely performance is essential. Geneva Scientific shall be compensated for delays caused by the Purchaser’s responsibilities that affect installation or commissioning.

Liability
Geneva Scientific is not liable for consequential damages of any kind. The Purchaser assumes all liability for the use or misuse of the equipment by themselves, their employees, or others.

Warranties
All warranties expressed remain between the Purchaser and the Manufacturer. Geneva Scientific will assist in facilitating service-related requests in a timely manner.
